一、產(chǎn)品介紹:
LDS型液晶顯示電子拉力試驗機是針對高等院校、科研院所而設計的電子拉力試驗機。試驗機主機與輔具的設計融匯了我公司的先進技術,外形美觀,操作方便,性能穩(wěn)定可靠。系統(tǒng)通過思達控制器,經(jīng)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)控制伺服電機轉動,經(jīng)減速系統(tǒng)減速后通過精密絲杠副帶橫梁上升、下降,完成試樣的拉伸力學性能試驗,無污染、噪音低,效率高,具有較寬的調(diào)速范圍。
該機廣泛應用于彈簧生產(chǎn)、建筑建材、航空航天、機械制造、電線電纜、橡膠塑料、紡織、家電等行業(yè)的材料檢驗分析,是科研院校、大專院校、工礦企業(yè)、技術監(jiān)督、商檢仲裁等部門的理想測試設備。
二、特點:
1、調(diào)速系統(tǒng)采用伺服電機和減速機,性能穩(wěn)定可靠,具有過流、過壓、過載等保護功能。
2、傳動部分采用圓弧同步齒形帶,精密絲杠副傳動,傳動平穩(wěn),噪音低,傳動效率高。
3 配有微機接口,可外接微機實現(xiàn)試驗過程的控制及數(shù)據(jù)的存儲、打印。(選配)
4、萬向節(jié)采用十字插銷結構,而且具有擺角限制功能,一方面便于試樣夾持,保證試驗同心度,另一方面很好的消除了不規(guī)則試樣對傳感器的影響。
5、觸摸健操作方式,液晶顯示器實時顯示,并且美觀大方、方便快捷。

1、 Product introduction:
LDS type LCD electronic tensile testing machine is designed for universities and scientific research institutes. The design of the main engine and auxiliary equipment of the testing machine integrates the advanced technology of our company, with beautiful appearance, convenient operation and stable and reliable performance. The system controls the rotation of servo motor through the speed control system through the star controller. After the deceleration system decelerates, the precision lead screw vice belt crossbeam rises and descends to complete the tensile mechanical property test of the sample. It has no pollution, low noise, high efficiency and wide speed range.
The machine is widely used in spring production, building materials, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable, rubber and plastic, textile, home appliances and other industries. It is an ideal test equipment for scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration departments.
